THE PERFECT DECK FLOORING IN TEAK LOOK

HLF consists of a 100% recyclable plastic. The material was developed in Bodman on Lake Constance. In order to carry out the necessary product tests and trials, we needed a competent partner. We found one in the Fraunhofer Institute.

In addition to the development of the formulation, our decades of experience with the installation of synthetic decking also played a decisive role.

Teak decking

  • HLF darkens slightly in the sun and looks even more like darkened teak.

HLF is super easy to clean and maintain

The surface can simply be wiped or hosed down like any other floor. Should a small mishap occur, grease stains, wine, fish blood or other soiling can usually be simply wiped away with a cloth or sponge in combination with washing-up liquid.

  • Super easy to clean
  • Use a cloth, sponge or brush with a little washing-up liquid
  • Use the deck shower or a water hose to spray off with clean water
  • For heavier soiling, you can alternatively use a cordless high-pressure cleaner or a stationary high-pressure cleaner
  • Stubborn stains that have affected the HLF flooring over a longer period of time can be removed quickly and easily using sandpaper. The resulting light stain darkens over time and blends in with the surrounding colour.

HLF saves you time that you can spend on the water

This is due in particular to the special properties of our self-developed PVC. It is also due to the innovative solution of how the deck is manufactured, namely as a closed mat. There are none Weld seams are present, which can open up over the years.

  • No sealing/protective varnish is necessary. This means that no additional surface treatment is required over the course of its service life - in contrast to conventional teak wood
  • Continuous substrate (closed mat), the joints are only milled in, which prevents leaks during use
  • If required, HLF can optionally be reground and thus restored to its original condition
