Up to now, plastic decking has mainly been offered that consists of individual planks/strips. These have to be painstakingly glued and/or welded together during installation.
Each of these joints harbours the risk of not sealing tightly or becoming porous over time. As a result, water can penetrate between the decking and the deck and cause considerable damage.

The HLF route

We produce completely closed mats that are glued to the deck. For example, the running deck of a sailing or motor boat consists of a single mat. The bars, reveals, motifs etc. are milled into the mat and the necessary cut-outs are cut out. All we need to produce the mats is a customised template. This is digitised by us, provided with the desired course of the bars or the desired motif and milled out. There are practically no limits to the design of the deck.

Another advantage of High Level Floor is the possible installation techniques. Laying with the HLF system adhesive for large areas such as the running deck of a motor or sailing ship or Peel&Stick for smaller to medium-sized areas. Both installation techniques are easy to use. Unlike other plastic deck coverings, HLF-Marine does not need to be weighted down or otherwise laboriously processed. This saves labour time and makes HLF-Marine a truly cost-effective alternative to other products.
